By creating an account or using agentn.net (the "Service") operated by AgentN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for any content you create or send.
• You must have the right to connect any Google or Facebook account/Page you link, and to act on its behalf.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for spam, harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
• Do not violate the terms or policies of connected platforms (Google, Facebook/Meta, WhatsApp).
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse‑engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Any outreach, posting or messaging you automate must comply with applicable laws and recipient consent rules.

Third‑party services

The Service integrates with third parties (Google, Facebook/Meta, AI providers). Your use of those features is also subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services.

Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the features you request.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for actions taken by AI features based on the instructions you provide.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
